Store operations for F&B and retail
POS, kiosk and back office share one set of data. Register a product once and all three show it.
Installation, training and remote support are in every plan
Start with what you need. Add the rest later — your data carries over.
Touch ordering, card and QR payment, kitchen printers. The server sits in your store, so the till never stops.
Guests order and pay for themselves. It uses the same products and prices as the POS, so there is nothing extra to keep up.
Purchasing, stock, suppliers, accounting. At close of day it prints one report with the cash drawer already reconciled.
Set it once at head office — every counter and kiosk follows.
Set the dates: the sale price goes live on day one and reverts on its own when the sale ends. Enter a sale price or a discount rate and the other is worked out, with the new margin shown right away.
Same item, buy A get B, or mix and match. The POS counts as items are scanned, adds the free item and prompts “add one more, get one free”. Free quantities and value are totalled per promotion — the basis for supplier reimbursement claims.
Sell an A+B deal under one barcode. Component prices are kept, so the bundle price holds when unit prices change, and stock is deducted by component.
Retail at the counter, wholesale on invoices per customer. Ten wholesale price tiers by customer grade; credit sales post to the customer ledger until collected. Goods held for customers are tracked separately.
Works out how much to order from target stock and sales speed. Staff review it, and only what they pick becomes a purchase order.
The store server fetches new versions ahead of time; counters and kiosks switch over when they start. If anything goes wrong they roll back on their own.
A cloud POS stops at the till the moment the internet goes. KIOX keeps its server in your store, so business carries on.
Issued to the Vietnamese e-invoice standard. No retyping your sales figures somewhere else.
Korean, Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Japanese. Owner and staff share one screen, each in the language they are easy in.
